The Glazier Insurance Agency, Inc. in Jefferson, Ohio is a full service, independent, insurance agency writing all lines of insurance including business, auto, home, health, both individual and group, and life insurance.  We have been at 41 Wall Street since 1957.

The Agency carries a strong heritage as the origin can be traced to February 28, 1868 when E. J. Betts established the Pheonix Agency which after several successors was to become the Lampson Insurance Agency on November 23, 1930.  On January 1, 1936, Everett H. Glazier, then purchased the agency and changed the name to the Glazier Insurance Agency which was then incorporated on May 8, 1969.

John E. Glazier joined his father on January 1, 1960 and worked with his father until Everett's retirement in 1981.  John retired on December 31, 1999 at which time the agency was acquired by his son-in-law and daughter, James A. and Robin G. Baker.

We of this agency believe that the success of our long time operation is due to strong family ties and a commitment at all times of providing the very best service possible to all our clients along with the willingness to be actively involved within our community, schools, and church, continually striving to make Jefferson the best place to live and do business.
