Jackie Pakkala

Jackie joined our team in 2002 as a receptionist and later that year obtained her Property & Casualty license from Hondrus College. Her responsibilities now include Personal Lines Account Manager, Accounts Receivable, as well as remaining as our receptionist. She is currently enrolled in the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives working for her designation.

She is a proud graduate of Geneva High School although she now resides in Jefferson and is a loyal Falcon fan. She volunteers her time in the summer as a coach for JAGS ( Jefferson Area Girls Softball), is a past coach for the Jefferson Community Center T-Ball Program, homeroom mother, PTA, and Jefferson United Methodist Church.

Jackie's hobbies are spending time with her children, motorcycling, hiking, skiing, dancing, and hanging out with friends.
